Technical Help
To use the interactive modules and tools on this website you will need to have JavaScript enabled and to have Macromedia's Flash Plugin. This is free and available for both Internet Explorer and Netscape browsers such as Mozilla or Opera. With a 56kbps modem it takes a couple of minutes to download. You can test whether you need the flash plugin by visiting our flash test page.
Alternatively you can use the workbook version (PDF files).
If you would prefer to work through the interactive modules but are experiencing technical difficulties then you may wish to purchase the CD-ROM version of the website. If you use the CD, you do not need to have the flash plugin or JavaScript or be connected to the internet. You can also order both the CD and a hard copy of the workbook on the "Workbook and CD-ROM" page of this website.
